C’ville Styles has created policies to assure great customer service to all clients. It creates a communication of standards that offers a professional atmosphere you can count on.
We love your children, but C’ville Styles does not offer babysitting service. To assure you the best service, the safety of your children, and to assure all clients who come to enjoy their visit, we ask that you come at a time that you can make arrangements for your little loved ones. We offer an array of appointment availability to make this easier. Appointments for your child should be at a time when you are not receiving service.
Please reschedule your appointment if you or your child is sick. If your child is too sick to go to school we ask that you do not bring them to the studio. We understand these things are not planned, and we are happy to accommodate another date when you or your child is feeling better and is no longer contagious.
Missed appointments without the courtesy of a cancellation, will not be rescheduled without payment for the missed appointment. We reserve the right to not accept any future appointments to anyone who does not show without notice. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible when you are aware that you are not able to keep your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is customary, any appointment more than 15 minutes late may require an adjustment in service or reschedule, it will be at the discretion of the stylist to proceed or charge for a missed appointment.
Cell Phone Use
To receive the best service, please refrain from using your cell phone while receiving service. It is very difficult to give you excellence if you are using your phone during service. We are not responsible for any damage to your cell phone if you use your phone while receiving service.
Mobile Services are subject to additional fees for travel. Online appointment scheduling is for studio appointments only. Please call or text for Mobile appointments.
Bridal or Event Appointments
Contracts and deposits are required for Bridal or Event appointments.
Hair extensions are real hair. They are not indestructible. They fall out, break and can get damaged from abuse. Reattachment is part of the service process, NO REFUNDS on hair or service of Hair Extensions. No Exceptions.
Promotions are subject to end at any given time, promotion prices are only valid during an active promotion. A prepaid service bought during an active promotion will be honored or until the expiration date on a gift certificate.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Your satisfaction is complete when you say you like it, you pay, and you leave happy. Your satisfaction does not extend to family, friends or co-workers opinions of approval. It is impossible to please anyone other than the one who is our client. We are confident if you love it, others will too. We reserve the right not to refund if your satisfaction was achieved when your service was complete. Redo’s are subject to full price. If you are unhappy due to the stylist’s error, we are more than happy to accommodate necessary adjustments to your satisfaction.
Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 additional service fee. Only cash or credit card payment will be accepted.
